Shipping policy

KYM ships across Greece and abroad with reliable courier companies, so your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery options

Within Greece you can choose between two options:

• To your door with ACS Courier.
• To a BOX NOW locker, so you can pick it up whenever it suits you, 24/7.

You choose the locker in the cart: under “Delivery” tap “BOX NOW locker” and select it on the map. At checkout the BOX NOW option is always available. If you choose it without having picked a locker in the cart, we’ll send your parcel to the locker nearest your address.

When your parcel arrives at the locker, BOX NOW will send you the pickup details (by SMS or email).

Shipping times

• Within Greece, your order ships in 1–3 working days after your payment is confirmed.
• Abroad, delivery time depends on the country and is usually 5–10 working days.

Shipping cost

• Shipping is free on orders over €150.
• For orders under €150, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your address.

Order tracking

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email and, when it ships, a tracking link.

Delays

If there’s a delay for reasons beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, customs), we’ll let you know right away by email.

Shipping abroad

International shipments may carry extra customs charges or taxes, which are paid by the recipient.
