Orders within Greece ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. International delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on the country.

Shipping is free on orders over €150. For smaller orders, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Yes, we ship across Greece and abroad. International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are paid by the recipient.

Once you place your order, you'll get a confirmation email. When it ships, we'll send you a tracking link. You can also see it in your account.

If there's a delay for reasons outside our control, such as weather, strikes or customs, we'll let you know by email right away.

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags and the receipt.

Email us at kymwear@gmail.com or use the contact form with your order number and the reason. Once we approve it, we'll send you instructions for sending it back.

Tell us in your request which size or item you'd like. We'll ship the new one as soon as we receive the original.

Return shipping is on you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. In that case we cover it.

Once we receive and check the item, we refund you to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs aren't refunded unless the mistake was ours.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of underwear, hair accessories or items that show signs of wear.

Most of our pieces come in S and M, and many also in L. You'll see the available sizes on each product page.

See our size guide for how to measure yourself. Each product description also says which size the model is wearing, with her measurements.

Send us your measurements on Instagram or at kymwear@gmail.com and we'll recommend a size. And if it doesn't fit, you have 14 days to exchange it.
