1. General

The website www.kym.gr is operated by KYM WEAR, a company active in sportswear and casual wear.
By accessing and using the e-shop, the user accepts the following terms without reservation.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are placed online through the e-shop.
Prices include VAT and may change without notice.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and include debit/credit cards and digital wallets.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through partner courier companies.
Delivery takes 1-3 working days within Greece and 5-10 working days abroad.
KYM is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).

4. Returns & Exchanges

The customer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be in excellent condition, with all their tags and packaging.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the intellectual property of KYM WEAR and is protected by Greek and European law.
Any use or copying without written permission is prohibited.

6. User Responsibility

The user must use the e-shop in accordance with the law and good practice and avoid actions that may cause damage to the company or third parties.

7. Changes to the Terms

KYM reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice.
Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law.
The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
