Refund policy

KYM was created with respect for every woman’s needs and is committed to giving you high-quality products. If you’re still not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it under the terms below.

1. Right of return

You can return a product within 14 days of the day you received it. Returns are accepted only if the product:

• is unused,
• is in its original packaging,
• has all its tags and the proof of purchase.

2. How to return

1. Write to us at 📧 kymwear@gmail.com or through the contact form.
2. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return (if you like).
3. Once we approve it, we’ll send you instructions for sending the product back.

3. Shipping costs

• You pay the return shipping, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
• If the product is faulty, KYM covers all replacement or return costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and check the product, we refund the amount:

• to the same payment method you used for the purchase,
• within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the wrong item was sent by us.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange it for another size or product, tell us in your return request. We send the new product as soon as we receive the original.

6. Non-returnable products

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns of products such as underwear, hair accessories or items with visible signs of use.
